Painter, sculptor, writer of Slovenian-American descent. Born in California. Now living in Slovenia. English is my primary language. BFA in Spatial Arts from San Jose State University. Mobility impaired. Full of opinions about various and sundry. Things I care about: justice, both social and economic; aesthetics; accessibility for the disabled; compassion for animals; and protecting nature. Things I don’t care about: sports and fashion.
California artist living and working in Slovenia since 2019. Currently working on poster design project for the municipality of Hrastnik.
Education:
2017-2019: BFA in Spatial Arts, summa cum laude, San Jose State University, San Jose, California
2015-2017: Associate degree in Studio Art, with highest honors, MIssion College, Santa Clara, California
Experience: Artist since 11 years of age. Practicing artist since 2008. Gallery shows throughout my educational career with 4 solo shows: Broken Icon, Visage, and my capstone BFA project, Deadly Valentine (2019).
