I promote politics as the most noble and dignified calling, and my mission is to motivate smart, creative and innovative people to become actively involved in politics.

I have been on this mission for 20 years, practically since my country was led by bad people and even worse foreign policy, bombed by NATO, and my city was left without all three bridges on Danube, the second largest river in Europe.

Politics came into my life and I didn’t reject it, I activated myself. As a student, I wrote my first political speech one night and held it without a microphone or a sound system the next day, in front of a mass of students ready to overthrow a dictator. I still remember my legs shaking, but also how they applauded me.

Today, I’m an expert on political and business leaders, more precisely – on forming their political programs, but also business programs more and more used to win the hearts of people and to encourage them to take action, which must always be pursued only with good intentions.

I’m the author of Poli Pop methodology that helps experts to get to know a person better, all the roles the person fulfils, the person’s emotions, logic of his behaviour and thoughts. Poli Pop Method places a person in its centre, deals with why a person.

I share my research and insights at gatherings with target audiences, leaders, activists, and HR managers.

In recent years, I have been focused on building young leaders and I’m glad that they consider me to be one of them, trust my methodology and find my experience valuable.

I work from Slovenia, the greenest and the most sustainable country in the world. I’m driven by people who think, I like traveling inside myself, debating on political and love to pour olive oil on a white plate. I'm a little ashamed to say I adore politics, but I'm proud not to be a passive observer.
